Fairbeat Media GmbH aims to make its website and web platform accessible and usable for as many people as possible. This information covers fairbeat.com and the web platform at app.fairbeat.com. A separate mobile app has not been released.

Our service

Fairbeat.com provides information about Fairbeat and allows visitors to join the waitlist. The web platform is still under development. It is intended to let users discover, preview and, once available, purchase beats and other digital music products. Sellers will be able to manage their offers through the platform.

Accessibility and current status

As we develop the service, we focus on clear page structure, readable text, sufficient contrast, labelled controls and keyboard access. We use the applicable requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as guidance.

A full assessment of the website and web platform against WCAG 2.2 Level AA has not yet been completed. We therefore cannot currently state a conformance level. The beta web platform is primarily designed for desktop and laptop use at present; its usability on mobile devices may be limited.

If you encounter a barrier or cannot use a feature, please email barrierefreiheit@fairbeat.com. If possible, include the page affected, a short description of the problem and details of your device, browser or assistive technology. We will review your report and look for a solution.
